FAQ
Start with valve type, bore size and break-to-open torque. Match ISO 5211 flange (quarter-turn) or ISO 5210 (multi-turn), apply a safety factor of 1.25–1.5, then confirm stem dimensions. Use our selection tools or submit an RFQ for engineering confirmation.
Standard catalog sizes (DN50–DN600) ship in 15–25 days from order confirmation. In-stock fast movers can ship within 5–10 days. Custom OEM builds typically require 6–10 weeks depending on tooling.
There is no MOQ on catalog products — single units for samples or spares are welcome. OEM and private-label programs typically start at 50 pieces per model.
Yes. We offer custom gear ratios, ductile iron / aluminium / stainless constructions, paint codes, nameplates and packaging. All custom drawings are handled under NDA with IP protection.
Standard catalog units are IP67. IP65 compact lines and IP68 submersible operators are available for buried, tank and marine service. See our IP67 vs IP68 guide for selection criteria.
Our combined product families cover approximately 10 Nm (light-duty compact) through 80,000 Nm (heavy quarter-turn) in catalog form, with engineered bevel and multi-turn builds rated beyond 350,000 Nm on request.
